Anne S. Kissee, 76, of Pleasant Prairie passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at The Addison of Pleasant Prairie Assisted Living Facility. Born in Arkansas on November 26, 1939, Anne was the daughter of the late Ulus “Bud” and Virginia (Browning) Taylor. She was raised and educated in the schools of Rose Bud, AR, and went on to earn an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising. Anne served her country in the early 1960’s as a United States Marine where she met her husband, Jack Kissee. They were married on December 17, 1965, in Santa Ana, CA. Anne lived many places during her life including Hawaii, California, Missouri, Arizona, and Florida before coming to Kenosha in 2007. She retired as an administrative assistant from Arizona State University. She attended St. Anne Catholic Church and spent much time as a mentor for students at Indian Trail High School. She also enjoyed reading, traveling, taking cruises and designing jewelry. Survivors include her two children, Mark (Margaret) Kissee of Bristol and Kelley (Carey) Fitzpatrick of Bristol, four grandchildren, Aron (Shane) Frye, Zachary Fitzpatrick, Emily Kissee and Lucas Fitzpatrick, and six great-grandchildren. Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Kissee, and a daughter, Kristin Kissee.
