I am so saddened and shocked to hear of Penny's passing. I work for Philadelphia Insurance, an Insurance carrier that Penny placed business with through the Agency she worked with. I've known Penny for several years, talking with her often. She was a friend and a great, spirited business partner too. She was a joy to work with, and will be greatly missed. I'm so sorry for your loss.
