Deborah Jean Lachman, 52, of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus with her family at her side. Deborah is survived by a daughter, Crystal Lachman of Kenosha; her mother, Louise Smith of Fond du Lac, WI; a grandson, Chase Lachman; four sisters, Sharon Roxane and Angie, all of Kenosha and Carole of New London, WI; a brother, Chris of Kenosha; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Smith; and two sons, Adam and Anthony Lachman.
