Bettie M. Olson, 94, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at St. Camillus Home in Wauwatosa, WI. She was born on October 28, 1920, in Sandwich, IL, to the late Dr. E.G. and Margaret (Lake) Miller. She later moved to Sycamore, IL, where she graduated from Sycamore High. In 1948 she moved to Kenosha, WI. On November 10, 1948, she married Louis A. Chinske. He preceded her in death on December 6, 1994. On October 3, 1998, she married Richard H. Olson at St. Therese Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2007. After her retirement she and Louis enjoyed many winters in Florida. She also enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing bridge. She was a member of St. Catherine’s Hospital Auxiliary Club, a 50 year member of the Women’s Club of Kenosha and the Kenosha Rotary Club’s Inner Wheel. Surviving Bettie are her son, Cass Chinske of Missoula, MT; two grandchildren, Kelly (Tod) Kirtley of Wauwatosa, WI, and Erich (AnnMarie) Tillman of Milwaukee, WI; four great grandchildren; and a sister, Patricia (Donald) Johnson of Lee, IL. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Kosmicki May 8, 1992.
