Joseph R. Rizzo, Jr., 74, formerly of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Joseph was born in Kenosha on July 30, 1940, the son of the late Joseph and Caroline (Biscardi) Rizzo, Sr. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Bradford High School.
