James L. "Jim" Jones, 60, of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2014, at his residence. He was born in Antigo, WI, on February 16, 1954, the son of Carl R. and Violet (Ingram) Jones. James attended local schools in Kenosha and later was employed by AMC/Chrysler Corp until he retired after 30 years of service. Jim enjoyed going to the dog track, walking, reading and watching ME TV. Surviving Jim is his daughter, Jamie L. Jones of Pleasant Prairie, WI; his mother, Violet Atterof Kenosha; a brother, Tim Jones of Apache Junction, AZ; and two sisters, Susan Osterlund and Mary Sebena, both of Kenosha. He is further survived by five nephews, five nieces and a special friend who was like a second daughter to Jim, Shirley Wick of Kenosha. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl; and his brother, Todd E. Jones. The family wishes to thank Shirley Wick for all the help and care she provided to Jim through the years.
