Gerald Thomas Lewis, 44, of Madison, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at University Hospital in Madison, WI. He was born on December 28, 1969, in Kenosha, the son of Harold and Sharon (Thorn) Lewis/Fasci. Gerald is survived by his father, Harold Lewis of Antigo, WI; mother, Sharon Fasci of Salem, WI; and his brothers and sisters, Patricia (Jeffery) Kloet of Kenosha, Harold Lewis of Toledo, OH, Terry (Lori) Lewis of Elmore, OH, Kim Lewis of Kenosha and Glenn Alan Edgerton of Trevor, WI. He is also survived by other half brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends. A private funeral service was held in Gerald’s name.
