Vivian R. Schulz, 90, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 10, 2014, at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 2, 1923, in Kenosha, she was the daughter of late John and Jesse (Salituro) Rende. She was employed by the Frost Company for 20 years. On April 24, 1965, she married Gerald “Whitey” P. Schulz at St. Mark's Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on October 12, 2002. Vivian was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church and “Bosom Buddies.” She enjoyed going to breakfast with friends, cooking and baking. She is survived by her loving son, Jerry (Sharon) Schulz; a granddaughter, Jennifer (Matt) Limbach; a great-granddaughter, Cassandra Limbach; her in-laws, Carmela Rende, Marilyn Gray, Myron (Lois) Schulz, Euguene (Linda) Schulz, Doris Schulz, Russel Schulz, Kenneth (Nancy) Schulz, Loraine Schulz, Glen (Gloria) Schulz and Tony Porcaro; and numerous nieces and nephews. Vivian was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brother, Eugene Rende; and her three sisters, Irene Infusino, Yolanda Porcaro and Mary Infusino. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Hospice Alliance and Dr. Neil Shepler and his staff at St. Catherine’s Hospital for the wonderful care that they provided Vivian. Prayers will be held from Proko Funeral Home on Thursday, August 14th, at 9:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at St. Therese Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
