Sue Pickos, 71, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 9th at Aurora Medical Center. Born on November 10, 1942 in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late George and Catherine Bertha Layden.On May 12, 1962 she married Jon Pickos at St. James Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on May 26, 2004.Sue was employed at First National Bank and Chase Bank (formerly Bank One) until her retirement in 2008.She was an animal lover; she loved gardening, reading and enjoyed watching NASCAR with her husband, Jon.Sue is survived by her three children, Scott (Debbie) Pickos of Janesville, WI, Todd (Janet) Pickos of Kenosha and Jill (Bob) Knapp of Kenosha; seven grandchildren; and one brother, Jack (Marilyn) Layden.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her granddaughter, Amanda and her brother, Bob Layden..Private services were held per Sue’ wishes.
