Alexander “Alex” Jimenez, 34, of Kenosha, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Born on November 9, 1978, in Philadelphia, PA, coming to Kenosha at the age of 6, he attended local schools. Alex was the son of Amalio Jimenez and Iluminada Ruiz. He was a loyal employee of G. LeBlanc Co. for 5 years until the company closed. He enjoyed spending time with his two sons, nieces and nephews. He was extremely active with family activities; he was an amazing listener and counselor to his loved ones. He enjoyed listening to music. Alexander always had a smile on his face and could light up any room with his presence. He is survived by his two sons, Cristian Jimenez and Yeshua Jimenez; and his brothers and sisters, Rosa (Rolando) Torres, Emmanuel (Maribel) Quinones, Frances (Angel) Mendez, Angel (Blanca) Figueroa, Carmen (Samuel) Albert, Victoria (Robert) Vargas and Marisol B. Ruiz. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Eugenio B. Ruiz and Robert B. Ruiz. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 10th, at Familias En Cristo, 3917-59th Street, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and on Monday at Proko Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 Noon. Hi everyone. I'm not sure if you remember me but I remember you all. Especially Alex who, for a period of my life, was one of my best friends. I just wanted to express my deepest condolences for his family and loved ones.
