Theresa Elizabeth “Terry” Andersen, 92, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at HCR ManorCare. Born in Racine on November 23, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Zigmund and Theresa (Baunoch) Vilagi. She was educated in the schools of Racine and graduated from Park High School. She resided in Racine and South Bend, IN, before coming to Kenosha. On April 5, 1952, she married Peter Harry Andersen in Racine. They later divorced. Terry was employed as a secretary at Racine Millwork and Supply, Curtains Clinic and Western Publishing and also as a cashier and hostess at the Village Inn Restaurant. She attended the First Assembly of God and was a homemaker, mother of three, grandmother of six (all girls), and great-grandmother of five. Terry was also a first generation American with both of her parents coming from Hungary. Survivors include her three children, Susan (Michael) Anderson Sanchez of Oxnard, CA, Wendy (Timothy) Andersen Hatch of Chino, CA, and Patricia (Robert) Massenza of Racine, WI; step sons, Jimmy Andersen of Gilbert, AZ; Billy Andersen of Racine, WI; a brother, Sig Vilagi of Racine; six grandchildren, Michelle Grannis Duong, Heather Grannis, Danielle Sanchez, Kimberlin Sanchez, Amy Massenza and Lisa Massenza; and five great grandchildren, Logan Duong, Kayla Duong, Tristan Lopez, Skylar Hernandez, and John Cook.
