Theodore James Mashuda, 62, of Kenosha, passed away at his residence on Thursday, October 10, 2013. Born in Ladysmith, WI, on August 3, 1951, he was the son of the late Tony and Sophie (Maslowski) Mashuda. He had resided in Kenosha since the age of 4. He attended Forest Park Grade School, Lance Jr. High School and was a graduate of Tremper High School. Ted loved little children and animals. He fell victim to Schizophrenia in his late teens. He knew every famous band and band member from the 60’s. He is survived by his three siblings, Marge (Joe) Harig of Kiel, WI, Marilyn (Leonard) Morgan of Hayward, WI, and Larry Mashuda of Taylor, WI; seven nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and many cousins. Ted was preceded in death his sister-in-law, Bonnie Mashuda. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Christopher House, Dr. Roehrich, and all others that cared for Ted over the years. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 13th, at Proko Funeral Home at 5:00 p.m. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held on Sunday at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI), P.O.
