William “Owen” Thomas Shire passed away of natural causes and was stillborn on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Owen is survived by his parents, William and Alyssa (Bushaw) Shire of Kenosha; his twin sister, Ellianna Faith Shire of Kenosha; his paternal grandmother, Donna K. Shire of Kenosha; paternal grandfather, Michael J. Shire of Mt. Vernon, OH; maternal grandparents, Steven and Julie Bushaw of Janesville, WI; uncle Ryan Bushaw of Janesville, WI; and aunt, Katrina (Jeffery) Sexton of Kenosha.
