Pauline J. Ruiz, 73, of Milwaukee, formerly of Kenosha passed away with her family at her side on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Born August 15, 1939 in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of Maurice and Aurora (Esquivel) Jaurequi. She moved to Kenosha in the early 1950’s and to Milwaukee in 1977 to make her home. She had been a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church when she resided in Kenosha. A migrant worker in her early years in Texas and Kenosha. She later was employed as a general laborer for American Motors/Chrysler Corp. Pauline’s #1 priority was her family. Surviving are her four children; Daniel (Patricia) Ruiz of Milwaukee; Maria Rodriguez of Kenosha; Theresa Alcala of Kenosha; Elida (Oscar) Ramirez of Milwaukee; 11 sisters, 5 brothers; 11 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husband Daniel Ruiz, Sr. and her beloved grandson, Rojelio Gonzalez.The family would like to extend a special thank you to Maria (Soccorro) Renteria, daughter-in-law Patty, and her great grandson, Rojelio "Rollie". “YOU’RE RIGHT DANIEL!”Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 29th at Proko Funeral Home at 9:30 A.M. Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Interment to follow at St. James Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Proko Funeral Home.
