Fern B. Morgan, 84, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013, at her son’s home in Salem. She was born on June 23, 1928, in Phelps, WI, to the late Leonard and Irene (Salo) Mackay. She attended Regina School in Shawano County. On February 12, 1949, she married Edward J. Morgan Jr. at Grace Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on June 1, 2002. Fern was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Kenosha. She enjoyed being at home and raising her five children and later spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving Fern are her five sons, David Morgan Ormond of Beach, FL, Douglas (Debbra) Morgan Sr. of Salem, WI, Kevin (Linda) Morgan of Fountain, MI, Bruce (Lorraine) Morgan of Salem and Edward (fiancée Michelle Real) Morgan III of Rochester, MN; ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Opal Stenman of Clearwater, FL, Phyllis GunTharp of Tupelo, MS, and Peggy (Pete) Pierce of Kenosha, WI; and a brother, Leonard (Jeanette) Mackay of Sun Prairie, WI. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Claude and Robert Mackay; and two sisters, Ethel Mackay and Barbara Dodd.
