Kevin E. Kruse, 30, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born on January 22, 1983, in Kenosha, he was the son of Herb and Char Turnquist. Kevin was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. He enjoyed swimming, shooting darts, playing Bago and singing Karaoke. He is survived by his parents, Herb and Char Turnquist of Pleasant Prairie; and six siblings, Susan Barnes of Kenosha, Leona Turnquist of Pleasant Prairie, Robert (Jeanne) George of Kenosha, Victor (Lennea) Kruse of Edgewater, FL, Yolanda Kruse of Racine and Alex (Lena) Kruse of Miami, FL. He is further survived by several nieces and nephews. Kevin was preceded in death by his birth mother, Victoria George; and his sister, Vanessa Kruse. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 27th, at Proko Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
