Marie Josephine Spallato, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 18, 2013, surrounded by her loving family at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born in Dublin, Ireland, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Esther (Granville) O’Niell. In 1960 she moved to Kenosha. On June 16, 1990, she married Anthony F. Spallato. She was employed in the meat department by Piggly Wiggly for 25 years. Marie loved traveling, shopping, dancing and taking care of her children and grandchildren. Marie loved life. She is survived by her husband, Anthony of Kenosha; three children, Wayne Dellisse, Larry (Anne) Dellisse and Lea (David) Agazzi, all of Kenosha; four grandchildren, Ryan, Malory, Megan and Brandon; one great-grandchild, Addison; and three sisters, Bridget Deans, Monica (Liem) Keating and Rita (Mike) Mahar, all of Dublin, Ireland. Marie was preceded in death by her brother, Richard O’Neill; her sister, Francis Quinn; and two brother-in-laws, Patrick Deans and John Quinn. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 25th, at Proko Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
