Gunnar Nicholas Ives, 18, of Kenosha, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at his home. Born in Kenosha on July 1, 1994, he was the son of Bruce and Gail (Tinnen) Ives. He was a 2012 graduate of Bradford High School. Gunnar was employed by U-Line. He enjoyed turkey hunting, camping, family gatherings, bowling and dirt bikes. He was a happy-go-lucky person and greeted everyone with a smile and a hug. Gunnar is survived by his parents, Bruce and Gail Ives of Kenosha; his brother, Kyle Ives of Kenosha; his grandparents, Robert and Judith Tinnen of Kenosha; three uncles, Robert Tinnen of Phillips, WI, Mark (Jessica) Tinnen of Kenosha and Bob Ives of Osbourne, ID; and six cousins, Katelyn and Morgan Tinnen, Robert Galicia, Summer Ives, Brittney Vasberg and Jade Ives. He is further survived by great aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Claudine Ives; and his great-grandparents, Marie and Noel Tinnen and Daniel and Christine Dunk. Bruce, Gail, and Kyle, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Gunnar as such a fun, likable boy. I still remember when we went four wheeling and dirt biking up north and all the fun we had with him.
