Josina Dumesic, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 19, 2012, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. She was born in Hannibal, MO, the daughter of Joseph and Frances (DeCara) Marescalco. She came to Kenosha as a child. On September 14, 1946, she married William Dumesic, Sr. at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on August 15, 1996. Josina was an avid bowler. She was past president of Wisconsin Women’s Bowling Association. She was a member of the Italian American Ladies Auxiliary Club and was a baseball fan, especially the Chicago Cubs. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Dumesic of Kenosha; and several nieces and nephews. Josina was preceded in death by her son, William Dumesic, Jr.; five brothers and one sister.
