Alice Rosalie PAGLIARONI
Alice Georno Pagliaroni, 87, a lifelong resident of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie following a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her children. Alice was born in Kenosha on February 18, 1925, the daughter of the late Tony and Carrie (Gelsone) Georno. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Bradford High School. Alice was formerly employed with American Motors Corporation but was also a dedicated homemaker, raising her daughters and granddaughter. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Alice enjoyed listening to music, dancing, cooking, gardening, and watching football. Survivors include her two loving and devoted daughters, Patty Pagliaroni of Las Vegas and Diane Pagliaroni of Kenosha; her granddaughter, Cari Pagliaroni, the light of her life; her brother, George (Evelyn) Georno; nephews, Tim and George Georno; and many other relatives and friends. She will also be missed by the family dog, Marley. Alice’s family would like to thank Dr. Syed Haider, Dr. Angelina Montemurro, and the nurses and staff of Hospice Alliance for all of the loving and compassionate care they gave her. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 22nd, from the Proko Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 2224-45th Street, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. George Cemetery.
