Kent was a great guy and a consummate professional. For several months my desk was within earshot of his and I was always impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was with our customers. He and I often had discussions about politics; we were often on opposite sides, but he always kept the discussion friendly and respectful. And his sense of humor . . you can sample a bit here: http://youtu.be/kfKGQFTHceQ I'll miss you, buddy. You were a class act.

While I only met Kent in person a few times while in Waukegan for factory training I always enjoyed talking to him when calling for tech support. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fun and always was a pleasure to deal with. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends and co-workers for the tragedy of a life cut way too short. He will be missed.

Sandee and I want to offer our sincere and deep condolences to Lillian, Kent's family, and friends at his passing. As has been said, he always had a smile and an infectious laugh. He never got upset in all my dealings with him and he supported the company and his customers to the fullest. He will definitely be missed! Our prayers are with you.

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to Lillian and all of Kent's family. He will certainly be missed by all who knew him. As neighbors, we did not get to know Kent very well, but he always had a smile and a kind word for our bullies, Diesel and Emmett. They will certainly miss him, too.

My sympathy to the friends and family of Kent. Kent was my Service Rep for many years...and I talked to him frequently at Tech Support. Kent had great product knowledge, but many years ago, I did run into a problem even he could not solve! We talked about it even in later years. I'm not aware anyone else solved it either! Tech Support will not be the same without him... he will indeed be missed.Harold - The Prop Shop - New Hampton, Iowa
