Our condolences to the Nelson family on the loss of one great lady. She always had a smile and a kind word for people she met. Although I never golfed with her...so that may be more of a story. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bob and the whole family at this very sad and difficulty time. Much love.

Mrs. Nelson was my very first teacher. I couldn't imagine a more perfect kindergarten teacher. 25 years later I still remember how kind and sweet she was. My condolences are with the family at this time of such loss.

Joan will surely be missed and to Bob and her family I give my deepest sympathies. I met she and Bob in 1995 in Orlando, Fl., played golf with them for 2 1/2 months and became lifetime friends. I remember her nice smile and the closeness of the two of them. I always wished they would come back to this area for another visit. As I said, she will be missed.
