Ken, Tom and Family -I've known Kurt for many years. He eventually ended up being my pool league partner for a couple of years. He was a great pool player and always very kind and entertaining. I will miss him. I am deeply sorry for your family's loss.Gina Falaschi

My thoughts are with the Klopstein family. I have so many good childhood memories of camping, the "Weekend Under Glass", & Packer parties with the Klopstien family! May you rest in peace Kurt.

It is a very sad day. Kurt was my best friend for most of my life. We met during a game of "Come Across" on the St. James elementary playground that turned into a brawl. From that point on we were a team, sharing being Altar Boys, Crossing guards, Pin Ball players, slot cars, model cars and planes, cub scouts, boy scouts, Campers, and Pranksters. We wore black tee shirts under our school uniforms and grew bangs to rebel. We skipped church to smoke cigarettes and hang out at Beckers. We went on to form a Bicycle gang with patches and race our bikes for cheeseburgers. We played baseball and softball. We went thru High School and double dated with our girl friends. Later it was cars, pool and then bowling and friday night poker. He was my Best Man and I was his. We worked side by side at AMC, we were partners in the Pipefitting trade. We shared hundreds of funny and sometimes quite dangerous times. Kurt was a very good man with a good heart and never a bad word to say about anyone. I will miss you brother, may God lift you up into Heaven.
