Brad Michael Evans
Brad M. Evans, 37, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Born in Port Washington, WI, on January 24, 1975, he was the son of William and Diane (Zierk) Evans. He came to Kenosha as a young child and was educated in local schools graduating from St. Joseph High School and UW-Parkside on a golf scholarship with a degree in Economics. Brad lived in Orange County, CA, from 1998 until he returned to Kenosha in 2008. He was an excellent golfer, excelled in the sport of baseball, and enjoyed watching sports, especially the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. He also wrote poetry and was a loving son, brother and uncle. Survivors include his mother, Diane Evans of Kenosha; his father and stepmother, William and Pat Evans of Kenosha; two brothers, Christian (Susie) Evans of Aurora, NE, and Craig (Robyn) Evans of Pleasant Prairie, WI; a stepbrother, Tommy (Melissa) Sorensen of Kenosha; a stepsister, Jill Sorensen of Kenosha; maternal grandmother, Dolores Zierk of Kenosha; paternal grandmother, Eleanor Evans of Kenosha; and six nieces and nephews, Charlie, Will, Lauren, Colton, Chase and Ryan. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Willis Zierk; and paternal grandfather, William Evans. A private memorial service was held.
