Patrick J. Walker, 70, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. He was born on October 28, 1941, in Chicago. Adopted at the age of 8, he was the son of the late Roy E. and Rosamond G. (Besmer) Walker. Patrick graduated High School in Chicago. He then served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from February 14, 1964, until February 9, 1966, when he was honorably discharged. Most recently he was employed as a Semi Truck Driver until his retirement. On July 25, 1987, he married Margaret “Peggy” Stanley at Kemper Center in Kenosha. He was an avid motorcyclist, member of the “GWRRA” (Goldwing Road Riders Association) and a support member of “WOW” (Women on Wheels). He is survived by his wife, Margaret “Peggy” Walker; children, Patrick Joseph (Lisa) Walker, Shannon Marie Walker and James Roy Walker; grandchildren, Cody and Noah, DaJuan Kincade and Sylvester Brown III, and Tiffany, James Jr. and Angelica; and one great-grandchild, DaJuan Kincade, Jr. Patrick was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary (Hoffman) Walker.
