Karl H. Ross, 76, of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2012, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born in Kenosha on April 22, 1935, he was the son of the late John and Elmyra (Horning) Ross. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he was educated in local schools. He served in the United States Army from September 7, 1956 until his honorable discharge on June 30, 1958. On October 17, 1964, he married Lucienne (Wember) Gardner in Chicago. She preceded him in death in 2003. Karl was employed with American Brass for over 46 years until his retirement in 2000. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, collecting football cards, and was a lifelong devoted Green Bay Packer fan. He is survived by his daughter, Cindy (Jason) Morgan of Kenosha; a brother-in-law, William Wember of Kenosha; and his honorary daughter and granddaughter, DeAnna and Heaven Moore, both of Trevor, WI. He was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Ross; and a step daughter, Sherry Gardner. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 13th, at Proko Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.
