Rose M. Muto, 98, of Kenosha, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2012, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born in Kenosha on May 11, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Virginia (Savaglio) Muto. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, she was educated in local schools. Rose had been employed by Nash Motors, Western Union and the First National Bank, where she worked until her retirement. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and enjoyed traveling, especially going to Milwaukee and Chicago with her sisters to shop and attend plays and musicals. In her spare time she liked to do cut work and embroidery; she was an excellent student and loved to read. Surviving are her two sisters, Caroline and Mary Muto, both of Kenosha. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Ralph and Frank in infancy and Michael Muto while serving in the armed forces during World War II.
