Roger Gene Erdahl, 75, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Sunday, December 25, 2011, at St. Catherine’s Medical Center. Born in Oregon Township, WI, on September 18, 1936, he was the son of the late Preston James and Stella Evelyn (Norland) Erdahl. Roger served in the United States Army and National Guard until he was honorably discharged. On August 5, 1961, he married Willa-Jeane "Billie" Skrine in Fort Atkinson, WI. They moved to Kenosha in 1961. Roger volunteered at Channel 14, was a member of the Sons of Norway, directed Senior Choir at the Senior Center and was an avid Green Bay Packer Fan. Roger is survived by his wife, Willa-Jeane "Billie" Erdahl of Pleasant Prairie; four children, Michael (Nan) Erdahl of Appleton, WI, Patrick Erdahl of Kenosha, Christine Overby of Pleasant Prairie and Shawn (Fiancée Elizabeth) Erdahl of Kenosha; six grandchildren, Greg and Kyle Erdahl, Cheryl and Rebecca Overby and Madison and Abigail Erdahl; two brothers, Ervin and Kenneth; and two sisters, Shirley and Marilyn. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Doris, Janet and Pearl; and two brothers, Preston Sanford and Leroy.
