Dear Blankley family-I am so sorry for your loss. I was shocked to hear from my mother today that Paul had passed. I don't know if any of you remember me at all, but I certainly do remember all of you. I lived on Geier Rd. in the early-mid '70's and Paul was one of my first friends. I remember spending lots of time in and out of your house with Paul and Tim. Paul and I weren't close for a long time after we were young kids, but I ran into him when I was in college in a parking lot and we somehow recognized each other and we stood and talked for a very long time. I was glad to see he was still the great person I remembered as a kid growing up. I wish the best for you all.

Paul was one of the first new friends I made when I moved to Kenosha. We always had a lot of fun playing darts. He was a loyal trivia fan and he was my "date" on a couple of occasions...Country Thunder and for Cathy and Greg's wedding. We had many long talks and he was a fantastic dancer! And a true gentleman!! He had a sweet spirit and a gentle way. Through him, I became good friends with his brother, Eric. He will be deeply missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family during this time.
