People are often remembered for the big things they do. Monuments are erected and buildings are named but it’s the small things that are done at the right time that really touch a person’s heart, lifts them up and says to them maybe this world isn’t so bad after all - Jack had a flare for this, it’s the story of his life. Personally I am reminded of a time when Jack went with me to pick up a few things for dinner at the store. As we passed the perfume isle I picked up and smelt a perfume I had desired for a long time but couldn’t quite afford, a couple isles down I looked in my cart and there was that bottle of perfume and Jack standing there with a huge grin on his face. He simply said to me “this is my gift to you” as he kissed my forehead. I will never forget that simple gesture of love and the many others I have stored in my memory with Jack and it know it doesn’t just hold true for me but for countless others. Thank you Jack for giving so much to so many. Love, Dorothy

Dear Sharon,I am deeply sorry to hear about Jack, he will be deeply missed by many. I remember the last conversation we had and like all of the times that we had to hang out I enjoyed them very much. I wish I had better words but the plan and simple fact is that Jack was a loving, caring, and adventurous man that I am glad I knew. He will be missed. Love, Sean

Sharon - You and Jack have always been dear friends as well as business partners and I can't tell you how much he will be missed. He was always there for us, not only for the business, in taking us through our conversion from MAC to PC, but was especially there for me, when my laptop seemed to attract gremlins. Jack was always there, with a happy face, and I loved chatting with him in our kitchen while he worked. My comfort now is that I know he is with our Savior. I'll be there for you in the weeks and months ahead, my friend.

Dear Sharon, You are in my heart and prayers. I show the photos they have on Jack and I was so happy to see the one Jack did for the fourth of July musical at First Assembly, He was always a delight to work with when it came to the costumes. I know what you are feeling and please know I am here for you. Jack reminded me so much like Gary, a very quite man and loving man who loved the Lord with all his heart. I was planning on coming tonight, but when I went to the doctor later that day he said I should still stay home. I have been fighting bronchitious for several weeks. You will be in my prayers, Love you and remember I am here for you. Hugs, prayers and love Denise Rausch

I met Jack over 25 years ago when he initially helped me enter the world of computer technology. We rapidly became friends and during those many years I've come to admire him for his kindness, wisdom, strength of character and his faith. I will remember him most as a person who actually lived the Christian life every day and was dedicated to helping and serving others. I will continue to be inspired by the actions he took and the things he said and did while he was alive. He will live on in my memories.

Sharon You have no idea how glad I am that I was able to speak to Jack the morning before he went to the hospital. He actually called me and we spoke for a long time. In life we are truly fortunate to be able to actually say that someone is your friend. Jack was my friend and I am proud to say that. I will miss him more than you can possible imaging.

Jack was the brother I never had and I never considered him a mere "brother-in-law" because he was MORE... He helped and guided me a way a brother would, whether he disagreed with some of my "stupid stuff" or encouraged me when I couldn't figure it all out. He was my go-to person for so many things and very often, helped me see the guy's side of things. I will miss him forever and will meet him at the pearly gates one day where I know he will be waiting with one of his perfect hugs! Sharon---you have been truly blessed by this man of yours and in that, you allowed our whole family to be blessed! Thank you for that.
