Eva Louise Monticelli, 91, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 22nd at St. Joseph’s Home and Rehabilitation Center.Born on September 23, 1919 in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Curcci) Vite. On September 30, 1950 she married Attilio Monticelli in Kenosha. Eva was employed at Coopers and Samuel Lowe. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.She is survived by her two sons, Louis (Debbie) Monticelli and Gary (Mary Alice) Monticelli both of Kenosha; and four grandchildren.Eva was preceded in death by her husband Attilo on June 21, 2001; her two brothers, Anthony and Frank Vite; five sisters, Margaret Vite, Eva Vite, Theresa Manna, Mary Chiapetta, and Rose Quinn.A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday August 25, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Home and Rehabilitation Center Chapel.A private graveside service will be held at St. George Cemetery. Aunt Eva lived a good long life. I know it's been difficult for her since Monty passed so it makes me smile to know that they are together once again.
