Wow I didn't know. I had known Jerry for over 20 years. Kind of lost touch in the last couple years since that he was no longer at the store. I will miss his laughter and his hugs. This is very sad news. You are at rest now my friend and sleeping with the angels.

I first met Jerry when he worked at the South Sentry in Kenosha. I will always remember how Jerry made everyone he met feel so welcome with his smile and infectious laughter. Jerry holds a very special place in my heart because despite his own personal struggles, he taught me so much about acceptance. He called me "His Sis". I hope your memories of him will be of some comfort to you. I know mine will. I feel privileged to have counted Jerry as my friend and "Little Brother".

I worked with Jerry at the south side Sentry store when it was open. He was always so sweet and nice to me. Then 20 years later, I'd see him when I'd shop at the northside Pick n Save and he would still remember me. Still always smiling and friendly. Peace be with you all -- He was a very kind soul.

Jerry was a great kid. My heart aches with my Godparents who brought him into this world (Tom and Bev), his brother Rick, sisters Jean and Linda and his nephews, inlaws and other friends and family. I and my kids are so very sorry and I want you to know that I love you all and am here for you, grieving with you.
