Delor J. "Bud" Wagner, 84, of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born on January 12, 1927, in Kenosha, he was the son of the late Andrew G. and Mina H. Wagner. He was a lifelong resident of Kenosha and attended local schools. On January 3, 1945, he entered the United States Navy, until his honorable discharge on July 14, 1946. He received the Asiatic Pacific Area Campaign Medal, Philippine Liberation Ribbon, American Area Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. Before entering the Navy he worked for Jewel Tea Company and he later was Chief Inspector for Eaton-Dynamatic Corp. for many years, until his retirement. Bud loved bowling, fishing and golfing. He is survived by his best friend and fishing partner, Ed (Sue) Ide of Burlington, WI; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Wagner; and a sister, Joyce Draves.
