Lawrence E. "Larry" Williams, 73, formerly of Kenosha, late of Sheboygan Falls, WI, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2011, from a brief illness at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center in Sheboygan. Born in Davenport, IA, on January 20, 1938, he was the son of Eldon and Dorothy (Sell) Williams. On January 16, 1960, he married Mary "Suzanne" Lentz at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Kenosha. He served in the United States Air Force for 21 years, from September 12, 1956, until 1977. He had been stationed at Incirlik Air Force Base in Turkey as a Communication Tech. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Mary "Suzanne"; three children, Robin Bowling of Selina, KS, Christopher (Rozanne) Williams of Port Deposit, MD, and Patrick (Michelle) Williams of Ocala, FL; three grandchildren, Jason and Jamie Bowling, and Ashley Williams; one step-grandson, Zach Nichols; a half-brother, Tom Williams of California; and three half-sisters, Pam, Peggy and Barb. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Williams in 1990. A Mass of Christian Burial, with full Military Honors following, will be held on Thursday, March 31st, at St. Mark’s Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday at St. Mark’s Catholic Church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
