David Michael Fohr, 46, of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2010, at his residence. Born in Milwaukee on December 28, 1963, he was the son of Dennis and Sandra (Hirt) Fohr. He moved to Kenosha as a child and was educated in local schools. He was currently employed at Bumper to Bumper as a counterman. David enjoyed watching the Packers and the Cubs, playing pool and cribbage and in his younger years also played softball. Survivors include his life partner, Patty Montney of Kenosha; his mother, Sandra (George) Otto of Kenosha; four sisters, Debbie (Jeff) Sexton of Kenosha, Denise (Dave) Duffy of Kenosha, Deanna (Jerry) Springer of Kenosha, and Dana (Russell Marker) Louie of Zion, IL; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. David’s love, friendship, generosity and kindness will never be forgotten. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis and a brother, Donald. A visitation will be on Sunday, December 19th, at Proko Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at the funeral home at 5:00 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated by the family. Dave was a great guy to work and joke with he always had answer for everything,he was an all around great person. I will miss working with him at bumper to bumper. We were all blessed to know and work with Dave. My condolences to his family.
