In 1994 my family moved across the street from Mary and Harold it was not long before I realized what a blessing this new neighbor was. Before long Mary, Harold and their beautiful family became more like an extended family. Mary especially has touched my heart. I will miss her deeply she was always there for me with a listening ear, an open heart and wonderful advice. With all sincerity I can say that Mary was a very special person and one who's example we should all follow.

MARY WAS MY BEST FRIEND FOR THIRTY SIX YEARS!! SHE WAS MY ETHEL AND I WAS HER LUCY. THROUGH LAUGHTER AND SISTERHOOD WE WENT HAND IN HAND THROUGH LIFE'S MANY CHALLENGES. WE CRIED, WE GOT HAPPY, WE GOT ANGRY , GREW OLDER, BUT WE MADE IT, UNTIL NOW. I WILL ALWAYS TREASURE THE TIMES WE HAD AND I TAKE COMFORT KNOWING SHE NO LONGER HAS TO SUFFER FROM ILLNESS AND PAIN. TO THE FAMILY, DO YOUR MOM AND GRANDMOTHER PROUD, FOR SHE LOVED YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING. YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS, SANDY
