Noe Balli, 68, of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2010, at Sheridan Medical Complex. He was born on August 4, 1942, in Los Indios, TX, the eldest son of the late Benito and Juanita (Garcia) Balli. Noe attended local schools in San Benito, TX, and graduated from San Benito High School. On August 10, 1968, he married Darlene J. Eldridge in Waukegan, IL. Noe was employed by OMC for 18 years and later employed by Rail Transloaders of America retiring in September of 2004. Surviving Noe is his wife, Darlene of Kenosha; a daughter, Shauna Balli of Kenosha; two sons, Brian (De Anna) Balli of Kenosha and Eric (Liz) Balli of Linthicum, MD; eleven grandchildren, Brian Swanson, Elizabeth Cook, Cameron Campbell, Brittani Campbell, Justin May, Zoe Balli, Maddee Balli, Anna Balli, Isiah Balli, Jaxson Wright and Brooklyn Balli; four brothers, Gerry (Debbie) Balli of Green Bay, WI, Omero (Carmen) Balli of Buckeye, AZ, Roy Balli of Montello, WI, and Rolando Balli of Waukegan, IL; five sisters, Olga (Juan) Castillo of San Benito, TX, Liz Perez of Las Vegas, NV, Diane (Ramon) Lopez of North Chicago, IL, Elsa (Harry) Caulley of Santa Paula, CA, and Elia Balli of Florida.
