To Bill's Family, I had the privilege to know Bill "Popeye" at MacWhyte's as I was a college student working summers in the yard gang earning money for school. My dad was John Goodwin the Purchasing Agent for the company. I really looked forward to seeing Bill each day as he had a great sense of humor and would always share a smile and a bit of laughter. Please realize that he lives on in my memories as he would always give a word of motivation to me to finish college and make a better life for myself which I did. Bill will be missed greatly...
