Olivia "Lee" Pellegrino, 83, of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at St. Joseph Home for the Aged in Pleasant Prairie. Born in Kenosha on November 5, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Frank "Mike" and Caroline F. (Felice) DeCesaro. She was a lifelong resident of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School. On June 23, 1951, she married John W. Pellegrino. He preceded her in death on October 22, 1977. Olivia worked as a bookkeeper for Stan Lock Buick, Ken Schultz Buick and also Huntoon Buick. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, the Mount Carmel Ladies Society and the Italian American Ladies Auxiliary. Lee was also a past state bowling champion in the 1960’s. Survivors include a brother, Alfred F. (Doreen) DeCesaro of Kenosha; a sister, Claire Sinise of Indianapolis, IN; and her special friend, Donna Biernat of Kenosha. She was preceded in death by a brother, Louis DeCesaro; and a sister, Adeline Caravette. As per Lee’s request there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 10th, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery.
