In Susan Kanecki’s life outside of Wisconsin, she was president of the women’s club, vice president of church circle, kindergarten teacher, and taught Sunday school. Everything she did was for love and kindness and she showed love and kindness to others. Susan was raised First Congregationalist and was a member of other churches in good standing outside of the state of Wisconsin. An important part of her belief is that she was not judgmental towards others beliefs or other others and felt that a person’s belief is their belief with the knowledge that no belief is better than another. Susan Kanecki was a good wife and mother and will be missed. The most important gift of mom was that she supported us unconditionally, listened carefully and actively, provided guidance at the right level at important times, and believed it was important for us to explore and learn. Diana Kanecki resides in Kenosha, WI, and Judy Halbrooks and her husband Charles reside outside of Kenosha. A private service will be held for family and select invited guests. Diana, Judy, and Charles would like to thank everyone at Sheridan Medical Complex and Odyssey Hospice for care and tenderness during this time both Sheridan and Odyssey provided a peaceful environment for her.Proko Funeral Home & Crematory5111-60th StreetKenosha, WI 53144Phone: (262) 654-3533Visit Susan’s Online Obituary Memorial at:www.prokofuneralhome.com
