Antoinette DAVISON
Antoinette "Dolly" Davison, 88, of Kenosha, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2010, at Brookside Care Center. Born in Chicago, IL, on May 3, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Jennie (Tricomi) Campolo. She moved to Kenosha in 1928 and was educated in local schools. On October 26, 1946, she married Elmer L. Davison at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on May 22, 2008. She was a beautician for 40 years and most recently was owner and operator of Dolly’s Highland View beauty salon for 12 years, retiring in 1982. Dolly was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Holy Rosary Altar Society, and the Senior Action Council. She is survived by a daughter, Marilee (Eugene) Hackbarth of Lambertville, MI; a son, Alan (Mary Rose) Davison of Kenosha; a sister, Yolanda (Richard) Leys of Kenosha; six grandchildren, Cammy (Keith) Floriana, Richard (Paula) Hackbarth, Melissa (Jeffrey) Zgorzelski, Jacob (Anne) Davison, Tara (Gabriel) Rodriguez and Jeremy Hackbarth; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Lawrence, James, Joseph, John, Thomas, Fred and Anthony; and five sisters, Florence Jackman, Martha Schwanke, Carmella Murphy, Hilda Campolo and Theresa Campolo. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 29th, from the Proko Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
