Mary J. Hamsing, age 58, of Salem, passed away at her residence on Thursday, June 17, 2010, with her husband by her side after a long courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Lake Mills, WI, on October 5, 1951, the daughter of the late George and Inez Schultz. She married David Hamsing on August 27, 1980, in Kenosha. Mary loved gardening, planting flowers, fishing with her husband and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Surviving Mary is her husband of 29 years, David; a step daughter, Anna; two brothers, Paul Schultz of California and George “Lloyd” (Donna) Schultz of Lake Mills, WI, three brothers-in-law; and three sisters-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Jean James; a step daughter, Candy; and a brother-in-law, John Hamsing.
