I worked with Jim at the Kenosha Water Utility and remember him so fondly. He was a kind and gentle man. He understood my tears over the loss of my daughter, as he shared a similar sorrow at the loss of his son. May he forever rest in peace and joy and may Our Lord bless all of his family.
