All my thoughts and prayers are with you Jim and Kim on the loss of your mom, wife and best friend The loss touches all of us in the WELKER family and Carol's many friends She will be inconceivably missed. I will miss her smile and her contagious laugh the most. Her family connection was like no other. Jim I will never forget how you and Carol would let a certain young cousin bug her to the very last second to take her along on your dates to the drive-in...and you did. I am sure that Grandma Welker was first in line to help her on her journey...........All our Love,Debi {Welker} Hogan and Family

Carol's beautiful spirit and energy will surely be missed. She always made a point to laugh and get others to join in the fun! I imagine that she has left her smile as a mark of presence everywhere she went. God's blessings to all in her immediate and extended family who are grieving the loss of such a wonderful person much too soon. (Sharon's daughter)
