Joan M. Noonan age 73, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2010, at Hospitality Manor Nursing Home. She was born on November 16, 1936, in Chicago, IL a daughter of the late Michael and Josephine Brogan Timlin. Joan moved to Kenosha in 2000 from Chicago and was a member Kenosha First Assembly of God Church. Surviving Joan are her children, Robert (Deborah) Nordstrom of Kenosha and Patt Timlin of Chicago; and a brother, Michael (Anne) Timlin of Barrington, IL.
