Carol J. Reichert, 68, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born in Alton, IL, on July 9, 1941, she was the daughter of the late John and Betty (Lane) Borko. She graduated from Alton High School and on March 24, 1971, she married Don Reichert. She came to Kenosha in 1983 to make her home. She had been employed as a receptionist/bookkeeper for various area doctors. Carol enjoyed knitting. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Don of Kenosha; four sons, Barry Case of Kenosha, Jodie Case of Imperial, MO, Brad (Laura) Reichert of Racine, and Tim (Sarah) Reichert of Chicago, IL; two sisters, Sandra Johnson of Dixon, IL, and Jean (Steve) Hanusek of San Antonio, TX; and her four grandchildren, Chelsea, Joshua, Maya and Thea. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 12th, at 11:00 a.m. at Proko Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
