PETER W. HENRY, SR.1946 - 2009Peter W. Henry, Sr., 63 of Kenosha passed away Sunday, November 29th at United Hospital System-Kenosha.Born in Kenosha January 31st, 1946, the son of the late Cecil and Margaret (Menarek) Henry. He was a lifelong resident of Kenosha, educated in local schools.He was in the United States Army stationed in Paris France.On May 3rd, 1969 he married Rosemary Beets at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church in Kenosha.He had been a Route Salesman for 40 years at Pepsi Cola, Co. until his retirement in 2008.A member of Local Teamsters #43, Peter loved fishing; hunting and he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid gardener and spread joy wherever he went.Surviving are his wife Rosemary of Kenosha; his three children; Melissa (Russ) Phillippi; Peter (Ann) Henry, Jr.; Amber Schmitt all of Kenosha; five grandchildren, Amaya, Brianna, Willow, Satori and Trent; nine brothers and sisters; Roberta (Peter) Flex of Racine; Tom (Gloria) Henry of Burlington; Cecil (Wally) Henry Jr. of Kenosha; Barb (Bob) Schuster of Kenosha; Joe (Nancy) Menarek of Union Grove; Ida (Ronald) Ruthe of Henderson, NV; Jim Henry of Kenosha; Mari Henry of Loveloch, NV and John Henry of Kenosha.
