I have many fond memories of Barbara and the family through working together at St. Catherine's Hospital and the close friendships we shared during your childhood and teen years. When I think of Nana, the things I remember most are the love she had for her family and her booming laugh that would you could hear from anywhere in the house. No matter what messes were made, who was fighting with whom, etc, it was her enduring love that kept the family together during hard tribulations that some never experience in a lifetime. Words can not begin to explain how lucky and grateful I am to have had her in my life. Thank you, Nana. I love you.

Chris, Kathy and John I love You! Your Mom was a very special Lady, who I loved very much. She always had the right words for me when I needed them. I loved being around her, hearing her laugh, getting a hug from her. Listening to her. People come into our life's for a reason, sometimes we do not always know what that is. I know Ive been blessed to have had her, your dad, and you in mine! Celebrate who she was to you, know she is with God , your Dad and for me Deb. Love ya

John, Chris and Kathy,I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. Your Mom always made me feel like part of the family. I even called her "Mom" instead of Mrs. Wooden from the age of 15 up until the last time we spoke. I will miss her very much. I love you all and wish I could be there for you in person.

Six of us girls were best buddies in high school and after. Calling ourselves Da Gang, we had fun and mischief all together. We promised ourselves as seniors in high school, to meet on the steps of the high school on New Years Eve 1999. So, New Years Eve 1999, at 60 years of age, had a pajama party, met on the steps of high school, extended a banner, released balloons and drank champagne. Scope is the first to leave Da Gang, and we will miss her dearly.Love and condolences to her family"Lew"

In this woman, I found one of the greatest gifts that could be bestowed upon another, unconditional love. She readily accepted 3 children as her own grandchildren and never wavered from them. She was always ready with a warm smile, a hug, and more often than not, food. Nana I will miss talking about books, your "homemade cards", your Italian beef (although Matt's is getting better), those chocolate cookies you made at Christmas time I can't ever remember the name of, but most of all I will just miss you. Thank you for being my Nana. I love you
