Charles W. “Bud” Mohr, age 75, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2009, at St. Luke’s Medical Center Milwaukee. He was born in Kenosha, WI, on March 29, 1934, the son of the late Jacob and Laura (Strifling) Mohr. On October 22, 1955, he married the former Betty Ann Fenske at Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church. Charles and Betty were both members of Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and devoted family man. He was employed as a master carpenter and home builder for Fenske Inc for 25 years and later was employed with Chrysler as a carpenter for 20 years until his retirement in 2002. Surviving Charles is his wife, Betty; a son, Jeff (Suzanne) Mohr of Pleasant Prairie; a daughter, Michelle (Reck) Warren of Pleasant Prairie; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Frederick (Judy) of Kenosha and Daniel (Gretchen) of Kenosha; and two sisters, Christine (David) Enter of Oshkosh, WI, and Anita Brey of Indiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Vaughn and Charlotte and Frank Lachenschmidt; and a brother-in-law, Ray Brey.
