Adeline L. White, 93, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2009, at Sheridan Medical Complex. Born in Waukegan, IL, on October 4, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Anna (Schaeffer) VanLanduyt. She came to Kenosha as a young child and was educated at St. George Grade School and Kenosha High School. On May 28, 1938, she married Kenneth C. White at St. George Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on July 9, 1996. Adeline was a former member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and currently at St. Mary Catholic Church. She was also a member of St. James Mission Society. Survivors include a son, James C. (Christine) White of Salem; two daughters, Mary Andrea (Ken) Otte of Hurley, WI, and Suzanne (John) Bouwens of Racine; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, George VanLanduyt; and five sisters, Delores Cook, Cecile VanLanduyt, Elynore VanLanduyt, Lucille Kieliszewski and Leona Fredericks. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th, at St. Mary Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. George Cemetery. Sorry for your loss. Aunt Adeline was a wonderful loving women and she will be greatly missed by us all. You will all be in our hearts during this time of grief. Now Aunt Adeline can be once again with He beloved Husband and her sisters & Brother (My Grandpa George) and other loved ones in Heaven.
